Strange Times in Jackson MS | Shenanigans with Pinter Whitnick

Описание: Welcome to another vanlife roadtrip in our RAM Promaster City, Clever Girl! In this episode, we take you through a few rather strange days in Mississippi. We start out at Clarkco State Park in Quitman, MS. Enjoying our campsite on the lake, we have s'mores and recharge. We then head to LeFleur's Bluff State Park in Jackson. Here, we camp out our first day and then hike through the park to the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science on the second day. This small museum is only a mile or so from our site and the trails are beautiful. As soon as we start down the stairs to the main floor, we see something scurry by. It's an opossum named Boudreaux! We even get to pet him! We find an exhibit inexplicably dedicated to the art of video game creation. We play so many classic and new games before viewing some alligators and turtles. The next day, we head into the city and check out the capitol and some other interesting architecture. As we make our way south, we pass by a sign for the Lynyrd Skynyrd Memorial. This project was created by the nearby landowners to mark the spot where the band's plane crashed in 1977. It's beautiful, but it definitely feels haunting to stand near that grove of trees.
