My recent Pulled Pork cook on a 26" Weber kettle using the Slow'n'Sear XL and the FireBoard with FireBoard Drive fan control. Note: the typically used Boston Butt or Pork Butt is not a common cut here in Germany, but pork necks make awesome Pulled Pork as well.
