Learn about how you can build your own fundings so you can continue to use those in the expansion of your real estate portfolio or business. And not only that, you can use those funds to cover basically anything you want, whether it’s your kids college education, senior care, medical expenses, you name it!

Before I dive in any further, I want to clarify that the intent of this episode is to educate you about life insurance and the uses you can get out of it by becoming your own bank. It is not intended to replace banks as lenders, although you could if that is your objective...it’s just nice to have choices “I don’t feel like asking the bank for money so I’m going to get the money from my own bank” - how nice is that?!
