What actually happens when a customer pays a payment link, in four steps.

A payment link is the fastest way to get paid online: you send a link, your customer pays on a page Fynex hosts, and card numbers never touch your servers.
1. Create the link: your server sends one request (amount, currency, what it's for) and gets back a live web address.
2. Your customer pays by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on a checkout page with your logo.
3. Their bank checks it's really them (3-D Secure); the payment waits, then flips to paid.
4. Fynex tells your server the moment it's paid, with a signed notification, and the payment is booked back to your books, matched to its invoice.
You write one request. Everything after it happens on its own.
