The Global Optiver Academy brings together new starters to our Amsterdam office for a 12-week training program. The few weeks focus on mastering trading and options theory. After this initial phase, participants return to their local offices for a period of immersive simulated trading. By the end of the training, you will be fully trained and ready to hit the trading floor, equipped with the support of your new team.
