Rose Flavoured Travel Cake Recipe
Ingredients for travel cake:-
160g curd-
110g powdered sugar-
1 spoon baking powder-
½ spoon baking soda-
140g Maida (all-purpose flour)-
Gel-based rose pink colour-
½ tsp rose essence-
3 tbsp. oil

Ingredients for white chocolate ganache:-
1 cup white chocolate pieces-
3 tbsp. Amul single cream-
1 spoon butter (optional)-
½ tsp rose essence-
2 tbsp. dried rose flower petals-
1.5 tbsp. finely chopped cashewsIngredients for cake coating:-
1.5 cups white chocolate-
½ slab cocoa butter-
½ cup finely chopped cashews or Almond (optional)-
Whipped cream in a cone (for dressing)

Recipe for Travel Cake: -
Let us start by preparing a tin for the rose cake.
Take a tin for baking the cake and grease the insides with butter.
Sprinkle some Maida (all-purpose flour) and start dusting the tin (refer video)
In a bowl take 160g curd. I have used fresh homemade curd.
You can use dairy curd too but avoid using sour curd
Add 110g powdered sugar to the bowl. You can use crystal sugar too but it takes longer to melt
.- Now mix all the ingredients.
