Описание: In this episode we get the exterior of the sleeper done. This required cutting out the pieces, drilling all the rivet holes, deburring and sanding smooth. Adding sealant everywhere, installing sheet, then running in rivets. The corners were bent on a bender we made specific for this, then gently heated with a roofing torch to take the spring back out of it. Doors were cut to size and a new, matching panel was made with aluminum on both interior and exterior. Windows were added to rear and each door.
