Today we are going to share with you cost of constructing 350 square yards or 14 marla house in Pakistan. We will cover costs of single storey house, double storey house, triple storey house and even 4 storey house will be covered in it. This is another video by Ghar Plans on its You tube channel.
Before sharing cost of 14 marla house or 350 square yards house I would like to tell you that increase in prices of plots has halted but prices of construction material is increasing on daily basis and the future trend also looks that prices of construction material will increase.
Before moving to cost of construction of 14 marla or 350 square feet house, I will share with you areas of house build if single storey, double storey, triple storey and four storey. So, 14 marla or 350 square yards single storey house will have constructed area of 1,800 square feet, double storey house will have 3,000 to 3,400 square feet. If we talk of triple storey house, it will be built around 4,600 to 4,800 square feet and four storey house will have constructed area of 6,000 square feet.
So, the cost of single storey house with A quality finishes will be Rs. 6,660,000 and single storey house with premium quality finishes will cost you Rs. 7,740,000.
Double storey house where Ground and first floor will be constructed will cost us in Pakistan with A quality finishes Rs. 11,820,000 and the same house with Premium quality finishes will cost you Rs. Rs. 13,620,000.
