Mango Tres Leches Cake is a mouthwatering dessert in summer. In Spanish: pastel de tres leches, its actually a sponge cake soaked in three kinds of milk i.e evaporated/ plain milk , condensed milk and heavy cream. The distinct feature of this cake is despite soaked in a mixture of three kinds of milk it does not have a soggy consistency.

Its a Medieval European Origin, the idea of creating a cake soaked in a liquid. Recipes for soaked-cake desserts were came from Mexico in 19th century.
