Описание: Poole Wheelers is one of the most successful and friendly local cycling clubs, located in Dorset on the south coast of England.

Grassroots to the Olympics *
We have members of all ages/backgrounds who take part across various cycling disciplines. We encourage grassroots development (for example our youth and ladies groups) and are proud of all our members. Of particular note has been the development of numerous youth riders who have progressed considerably in the sport, some to represent our country at Olympic and World Championships.

Competing *
We promote races such as a National youth omnium, track leagues and time trials. The clubs successes have been achieved by a hard-working, inclusive committee with great support from many other club volunteers. We are continually looking to the future and aiming to provide opportunities for new riders flourish and reach their own personal cycling goals, whatever they may be.

Social *
You don’t have to be competing to be part of our club. We run various group rides throughout the week for local cyclists to ride together, socialise and train in a supportive environment. We also love a coffee and cake at the end of each ride and frequenty have social get-togethers off the bike too! British Cycling Go Ride *
Poole Wheelers is a Go-Ride club, a British Cycling’s Club Development Programme aimed at improving both young riders and clubs. It focuses on volunteers and young members – improving coaching standards and increasing the number of young riders with access to coaching activities.
