Sword Duel - Budapest Art Orchestra - Composed by Max J. Fink

Описание: I am very pleased to share my music that was recently recorded in Budapest! This was my final recording session with the Budapest Art Orchestra as a part of my Master’s program at Berklee Valencia, and I couldn’t be more proud and thankful for how this project turned out. Working with this talented group through Zoom has been great for previous projects, but attending the recording session in person and having the opportunity to conduct them myself was amazing. Reviewing all of the recorded footage and making the final edit of the video was so much fun to do for the first time!

The music I recorded with the Budapest Art Orchestra was a roughly 2-minute cue that was scored to a “Sword Duel” sequence. This scene came from a Spanish film entitled “Pancho, el perro millonario” or “Millionaire Dog.” This movie is a Comedy/Family film that features some action sequences, highly-informing the music that I created. The ensemble that was available for this project featured a 24-piece string section, a 7-piece wind section, and a 2-piece horn section. I added some extra wind and brass support, as well as percussion parts through my sample libraries to give the sound a bigger feel. I also recorded myself for some trumpet parts to add a bit more impact and realism to the sound.

I truly enjoyed this incredible experience working with the Budapest Art Orchestra, and I would like to thank all of the musicians, session personnel, and the videographer! I hope that you all enjoy the music! 🎵🎬
