1) To get the ball rolling — to set an activity in motion or make a start on a project/task. Let’s get the ball rolling by reviewing the action items from our last sprint planning.
2) To align with stakeholders — to ensure that all parties involved have a shared understanding and agreement on goals or decisions. Before we finalize the roadmap, I need to align with the stakeholders on the new priority list.
3) Deep dive — a thorough and detailed examination or analysis of a specific topic or problem. In today’s meeting, we are going to do a deep dive into the technical debt affecting our release cycle.

10) To circle back – to return to a topic or person at a later time to discuss something further. That's a great question, but let’s circle back to it at the end of the presentation.
