Michelle and Todd Asselin have been raising grass-fed beef, heritage pork, and free-range chicken since they purchased their farm near Malone NY, north of Saranac Lake in 2004.
Todd and Michelle strive to work in harmony with the natural landscape and use rotational grazing through their meadows and forests and use livestock guardian dogs to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with predators in the area.
Harmony Hills Farmstead sells their beef, pork, chicken and eggs through their CSA, at the Saranac Lake Farmers' Market and Winter Park-It, and wholesale to area businesses.
