There is a layer of steel under the desk’s surface, which enables its magnetic keyboard and keypad to stay in place and be easily readjusted. The mouse pad has a ring of steel on its outer edge but no steel in the center, which allows for easy sliding and storing the mouse when not in use.⠀⠀

Depending on the weight, two monitors are allowable. An upper laptop mount can also be used if the user wants to use a laptop screen as one monitor – plus a larger monitor that stays connected to the workstation.
