Edge Protection Mesh Barrier is mainly used for the protection of various floor edges or pit edges at the construction sites, and it’s an important part of the edge protection system.

Mesh barrier powder-coating is based on the following principles:
With electrostatic powder coating equipment (electrostatic spraying machine), PVC powder is sprayed onto the surface of the mesh barrier, and under the action of electrostatic, the PVC powder will be evenly adsorbed on the surface of the mesh barrier, forming a powder film; after the powder coating is cured by high temperature baking oven, the PVC powder will melt into a dense protective layer firmly attached to the surface of the mesh barrier.
Electrostatic spraying whose process is
1.Pre-production (oil removal, rust removal, phosphating)
2.Automotic Powder Coating
3.High temperature curing (refer to the PVC powder requirements of the temperature, generally 160 ~ 210 degrees)
4.Out of the oven then cooling
Compared with the traditional painting process, PVC powder coating has the following significant advantages.

2.Excellent quality of the appearance of the coating, adhesion and mechanical strength.
3.Higher corrosion and wear resistance of the powder coating.
