Veg Puff or Curry puff or Veg Patties is a flaky, crispy, and buttery baked goodness. Usually, Veg puffs are served as a snack as it goes perfectly well with evening tea.
I have used the store brought frozen puff pastry sheets because it is less time-consuming. Before using the frozen puff pastry sheets thaw it as per the instructions given on the packet. If you leave it outside for too long then it becomes too soft and loses its shape and it will be difficult to handle. Defrost them for 10 to 15 minutes or as instructed on the packet.
