Raja, a happy go lucky guy, is the adopted son of Florence Joyner, the widow of a criminal. He falls in love with a pretty girl called Priya. In a matter of few days, Raja gets framed for the murder of Prof. Verma, his teacher. Inspector Chauhan leaves no stone unturned to establish him as a criminal and succeeds.
