Tahini Paste
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Til (Sesame seeds) 1 Cup
-Zaiton ka tel (Olive oil) ¼ Cup
Directions:
-In frying pan,add sesame seeds and toast until seeds become fragrant and changes color & let it cool.
-In blender,add roasted sesame seeds and olive oil,blend until creamy.
-Tahini paste is ready.

Ajza:
-Til (Sesame seeds) 1 Cup
-Zaiton ka tel (Olive oil) ¼ Cup
Directions:
-Frying pan mein til dal dein aur til ko khushbu anay aur rang tabdeel hunay tak toast ker lein aur thanda ker lein.
-Blender mein roasted til aur olive oil dal dein aur creamy hunay tak blend ker lein.
-Tahini paste tayyar hai.
