Grab your jump rope, a set of light hand weights or nothing at all and let's jump in the ring! This 20 minute full body jump rope Tabata guarantees a sweaty good time.
💫 Warm ups and Cool Downs available for B&B members on the site! Please make sure to properly do both before and after this workout. 💫
Buckle up for a 5 round jump rope TABATA. We'll be alternating between a jump rope trick and a full body boxing or kickboxing conditioning exercise. Get ready to work 20 seconds on at max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. You can expect - Round 1: Butt Kicks & Switch Stance Drill, Round 2: Mummy & Squat Jack + Front Push Combo, Round 3: Up And Overs & Squat Thrust + Cross Body Punch Combo, Round 4: Running Man & Alternating Roundhouse Kicks and Round 5: Can Can & Switch Stance Drill.
