short review: i've seen this one all across the internet. it might be the most popular horror map of all time. and i consider that to be a really impressive feat by the map creator, but i heavily disagree with those claims.
-the good: the story is good for a minecraft map, the resource pack is not over the top and the duration is perfect, plus the writing is very high quality.
-the bad: the main story is only developed in the final chapter, seems like the creator forgot about for most of the map. many in-game events have no real impact on how it develops.
-the ugly: overpowered enemies with no way to fend them off. map mechanics are broken, and its just not that fun to play. chapter 3 & 4 feel more like escape rooms (very simple ones since all you do is flick levers)
in short, a not so scary map with puzzle elements, that i'd rank below demon brain, as it just doesn't excel in any aspect. appreciate the multiplayer aspect though, as it is indeed better to play that way.
