In this video I will be showing you step-by-step how to complete the Delegation quest required to obtain the Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest Legendary Staff in the Firelands raid tier by obtaining the Emberstone Fragments to create the Dull Emberstone Focus and charging it with Shannox's spear to great the Charged Emberstone Focus, the Obsidian-Flecked Chitin Fragments to create the Dull Chitinous Focus and charging it with Beth'Tilacs Shouldering Devastation to create the Charged Chitinous Focus, the Rhyolite Fragments to create the Dull Rhyolite Focus and charging it with Lord Ryolith's Concussive Stomp to create the Charged Rhyolite Focus, and the Pyreshell Fragments to create the Dull Pyreshell Focus and charging it with Alyzrazor's Full Power to create the Charged Pyreshell Focus, so that you can take these 4 Foci to the Circle of Thorns to open the Portal to the Anvil of Conflagration and defeat the Tormented Proctor and Volcanus to obtain the branch of Nordrassil required to complete this quest. This was done in Phase 3 of the Cataclysm Classic expansion of World of Warcraft Classic.
