Visitors to this beautiful park can choose between staying at Ruzizi Tented Lodge, a fully catered luxury eco-lodge nestled under a forest of huge palms and fig trees on the Lake Ihema shoreline or at the off-the-grid Karenge Bush Camp, perched on a ridge overlooking the wildlife-rich Kilala Plains below. In the remote north of Akagera National Park, the camp is completely unfenced to give guests a natural safari experience.
