Legendary orders as promised:
Zod: 4,3,2,1,5
Brainiac: 4,2,5,1,2{honestly L5 worthy}
Ocean Master: 5,2,4,3,1
Black Manta: 2,1,4,5,3
Mera: 2,3,1,5,4
Aquaman: 5,3,1,2,4
on Aquaman,Zod, and Brainiac if you are not planning to run them as leader just move the 5 to a later priority.
