A traveler-friendly Flow to unwind the strain of transit—feet/toes, calves, hips, back, and shoulders—so you finish feeling present, embodied, alive, and ready to make the most out of your time travelling.
Hi, I’m Carla. I filmed this in Vancouver while traveling—proof that a good practice doesn’t need much space or props. We’ll move a little bit of everything, at a gentler intensity, to balance all those extra steps, sitting, and carrying. Clear cues, kind pacing, and options for every body.
What you’ll do
Toes & ankles reset: toe stretch, ankle/shin opener on heels, and simple balance options.
Down Dog + Malasana combo: pedal out calves/hamstrings, then a friendly squat to rinse the hips.
Sun-salute ladder: half-lift and forward folds → kneeling lunges & easy twists (R/L).
Flow & strength: high-lunge twists, three Cobras, and a steady vinyasa option.
Wide-leg fold + shoulder interlace: decompress the back line; add gentle revolved folds.
Standing sequence: Warrior II → Reverse → Triangle → Half Moon (block/wall options).
Calm landing: Melting Heart, Bridge (Wheel optional; supported if you have a block), Pigeon or 90/90 (R/L), reclined twists, and an easy rest.
Travel tip: legs-elevated Savasana using a couch/bed edge to soothe the low back.
Props
Optional block(s)/blanket. Use support under knees/hips/forehead as you like. No props? No problem—this class is hotel-room friendly.
Who it’s for
All levels—especially travelers with tight feet/calves/hips, a stiff low back, or jet-lag fog who want a complete, joint-smart reset.
