So decided to finally try my hand at foilboarding this summer. It is - as anyone will tell you - a very humbling experience. Especially for inland kiters, where winds can be extremely uncooperative and inconsistent.
With that said, I've really been enjoying both the LC Pelican and HQ4 Matrixx for learning. Their easy handling and smooth power; the fact that they barely fall to the side of the wind window when when you crash, and their ability to ride out the lulls in really light winds have all been life-savers for me.
Really loving the challenge of learning how to foilboard, and nice to get a a few successes under my belt to know that will eventually get the hang of it...
