I’ve been snowboarding for years, but after ankle surgery and learning how to ride again from scratch, I realized I never actually learned the basics. In Episode 12, I’m breaking down the fundamentals I received from ‪@chriswoodard8813‬ AKA "Woody" a Snowboard Instructor at Brighton, who helped helped me realize that what I thought was carving was actually just sliding on my edges.

From mastering Torsional Flex and Edge Pressure, to hitting my first park box at 47, this is about how I'm finding flow on the mountain.
