Located in Quiberon peninsula, La Cour d’Orgères is a family jam workshop. You can visit it and see this traditional production. Fruits simmer in copper cauldron and are mixed with a beech wood spoon, without food colouring nor food preservatives. Jam is put by hand into jars. Then, jars of jam are closed. And, finally, they are labelled. To choose jams you like, La Cour d’Orgères offers to visitors a delicious tasting !
