Synopsis:
Giulio Broggini (Ugo Tognazzi) is a wealthy, successful, and mature Roman lawyer who suddenly falls hopelessly in love with a beautiful, voluptuous, and very young working-class girl. Her name is Ivana Scarapecchia (Isabella Rei), and she seems to have absolutely no intention of entering a romantic relationship with him.

Despite her constant cold rejections, the lawyer completely loses his mind and judgment: he showers her with expensive gifts, tries to appease her highly opportunistic family, and continues an increasingly obsessive courtship. He even goes as far as clashing with her formidable uncle, an influential government official at the Viminale. However, Giulio is about to find out that Ivana’s apparent innocence and naive demeanor hide a far more calculated, unexpected, and brilliant reality...
