Sausage Fried Rice Quick, Easy & Flavourful

INGREDIENTS LIST:
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1-1½ cups mixed vegetables
½ cup spring onions
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon vegeta
6 sausages, chopped
Cooked rice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
