First Baptist Church will present in recital organist Dr. Roy Belifield at 4:00 PM Feb 22, 2026. The concert is free and open to the public, made possible by a generous grant from Tim and Connie Holmen. Dr. Belfield is a graduate of Morehouse College, Florida State University, and the Conservatory of Music at University of Missouri. He is an active recitalist, composer, and lecturer. He has served on the music faculty at Stillman College, Texas Southern, and Goucher. He has arranged numerous African American spirituals that have been performed by our Chancel Choir and soloist: "If I Got My Ticket" and "Guide My Feet."
