The Gapar Aitiev Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts is the largest art gallery in Kyrgyzstan and boasts a rich collection of over 18 000 objects - painting, sculpture, graphics and applied art. In 2025 the museum will be celebrating its 90th anniversary.
This exhibition hall features facsimile copies of art masterpieces from ancient world. The copies were produced in the Louvre workshops so that wider audience can enjoy and study classical art without having to travel far. Ancient Greece, Egypt, Mesopotamia are represented.
