Welcome to my cooking vlog! Today I’m sharing a delicious Lemon Peri Peri Chicken served with flavorful Peri Peri Rice. This recipe is spicy, tangy, and perfect with rice or chips. Let’s get cooking!

🍗 Lemon Peri Peri Chicken Ingredients
• 1½ kg chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
• 1 tablespoon Tajin seasoning
• 3 tablespoons extra hot chicken seasoning
• 2 tablespoons lemon peri peri seasoning
• 8 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt to taste

👉 Method (Air Fryer)
1. Add the chicken pieces to a bowl.
2. Add all the spices, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, and salt.
3. Mix everything very well so the chicken is fully coated.
4. Marinate and put aside for a short while.
5. Preheat the air fryer.
6. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes, then turn/change the sides.
7. Cook for another 5 minutes (total 15 minutes).
8. Take the chicken out and place it on a serving plate.
9. Add 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and mix well (this makes it mild if you can’t handle extra hot spice).

✨ Lemon Peri Peri Chicken is ready! Enjoy with rice or chips.

🍚 Peri Peri Rice Ingredients
• 1½ cups rice
• 2 tablespoons butter
• ½ teaspoon turmeric
• 1 tablespoon Bombay biryani masala
• 3 cups water

👉 Method
1. Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes.
2. Heat a big pan and add butter.
3. Add turmeric and Bombay biryani masala, cook for 30 seconds.
4. Add 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
5. Add the soaked rice.
6. Cover and cook on low flame until all the water is absorbed.
7. When the water dries, cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.

✨ Peri Peri Rice is ready!
