This demo shows you how it could be achieved to switch over the 2 channel redundant data streams with SMPTE ST2022-7 hitless technology. This environment have composed of the transmitting board sends 2 channels of redundant uncompressed-HD 3G-SDI streams and the receiving board recoveries a clock and a 3G-SDI stream.
You can see there is completely no problem to switch over the streams with our excellent implementation.
This high-performance functionality could be achieved by our M3L IP cores for the industry standard SMPTE ST2022-6 and ST2022-7 with great Xilinx FPGAs. 3G-SDI(HD非圧縮)を10GbEのネットワーク2系統に冗長性を持たせて送り、受信側できちんとクロック再生し、3G-SDIの信号を復元できていることをこのデモではお見せしています。特に10GbE 1系統が抜けたときにでも、きれいにクロックの載せ替えができ、画像の切り替えができている様子がご覧いただけると思います。
これは、標準仕様の SMPTE ST2022-7 (Hitless)と、ST2011-6(非圧縮データ伝送) を実装したものです。弊社M3Lでは、Xilinx FPGA向けにこのST2022-6とST2022-7を実装したIPコア(設計資産)の開発・販売を行っております。
