Nearly half of Brits would like to go back and meet their first boss to show them what they’ve learned. So after he has found fame on X-Factor, appeared on I’m A Celebrity and now presents on Capital FM, we chat to George Shelley about his first job in Costa Coffee and the skills he found working there.

Costa’s own Talent Specialists will be running free interactive workshops to help you gain confidence in your own employability skills and if you’re interested, provide the opportunity to apply for a role at Costa. These sessions are open to 16 – 24 year olds from 5pm – 7pm on the following dates and locations:
