STORYLINE:
Emergency services worked to extinguish a fire on the top of residential building caused by debris falling after a drone attack on the Ukrainian capital in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Ukrainian air defence reportedly shot down all the targets aimed at the capital in the 11th air attack in May.

In a Telegram post, Serhii Popko, head of the Kyiv Military Administration, said that according to preliminary information Shahed drones were used in the attack.

He said the fire had been extinguished in a residential building and there was damage in another three districts of the city.

There were no immediate reports of casualties.
