This time, the challenge is set against the backdrop of Oregon’s stunning landscapes, with Akbar Gbajabiamila and Matt Iseman — the charismatic hosts of 'American Ninja Warrior' — trading gravity-defying obstacle courses for next-level indulgences, adrenaline-packed adventure, and a bit of friendly competition.

Their journey begins in downtown Portland, where a stay at the new Ritz-Carlton, Portland sets the tone with personalized spa treatments, thoughtful in-room surprises, and even custom sneakers await. From there, the adventure picks up speed...literally. With the Portland International Raceway closed just for them, Akbar and Matt suit up for a private driving experience, trading commentary mics for helmets and high-performance laps.

The next day takes them west to the Oregon Coast, where things slow down (just a tad, of course). With the help of a knowledgable local guide Kieron who operates First Nature Tours, they head out on the water to go crabbing in Nehalem Bay. It’s messy, competitive, and surprisingly fun (even for someone like Matt who’s not a fan of seafood). The day ends with a private beachside crab boil, complete with delicious wine and a ocean-to-table menu tailored to their tastes.

What unfolds is a smart mix of luxury, surprise, and good-natured competition with a getaway that is equal parts relaxation and adrenaline. Whether it’s racing or dining, Akbar and Matt prove that the best way to travel is with good company, great planning, and a few unexpected turns.
