Helio City is a high-rise, super-large apartment complex of 84 dongs located in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Construction commenced in 2015 and was completed on December 28, 2018. It consists of 9510 households, 84 buildings, and 35 floors.
Helio of Helio City is a prefix meaning'light','sun', etc., and Helio City contains the meaning of a complex of light.
Since the sale of apartments in Korea, it has been regarded as one of the largest apartment complexes in Korea as a single business and is also called a'mini new city'. The area of the business area is 40,5782m2, which is about 1.8 times the size of Yeouido Park (22,9539m2), and the total construction area is 1,633,335m2, which is almost twice that of Lotte World Tower (80,783,2m2).
