Описание: I am looking forward to my second $10 extreme grocery budget challenge... I plan to start in a few days when I will have time to actually cook 😬

The only items I will be using from my home are salt, pepper, and garlic powder... My goal is to never present a challenge that requires more than those basic seasonings, UNLESS I actually purchase it in my haul.

I will never assume you have sugar, flour, oil, chili powder, etc. I will also try to avoid purchasing special sale or clearance items that might only apply to my location at that very moment... I want my challenges to actually help someone if they have absolutely nothing at home so I will always be fair.

Of course, ALWAYS take advantage of clearance and sale items if you are able to when you see them because I do... I just won't use those items in my challenges.
