For us at Bradford Teaching Hospitals, it’s also about looking ahead, creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and able to thrive.

By listening, learning and challenging inequality, we can ensure our hospitals are places of outstanding care that embody dignity, compassion and inclusion.
