🧾 Ingredients
Mutton (boneless ya with bone) – 500 g
whole wheat (daliya) – 800 g
Chana dal – 2 tbsp
White Channa dal 2 tbsp
Moong dal – 2 tbsp
udad dal – 2 tbsp
Rice – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 200 g
Green chilli – 100 g
Haldi powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Haleem masala 2 son
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – taste ke hisab se
Oil / ghee – 4 tbsp
Fresh coriander & mint – thoda sa
Lemon – 4
Fried onion – garnish ke liye
👨🍳 Cooking Method
1️⃣ Daliya aur dal soak karein
Broken wheat, rice aur sab dal ko 1–2 ghante paani mein bhigo dein.
2️⃣ Mutton cook karein
Pressure cooker mein mutton, haldi, namak aur thoda ginger-garlic paste daal kar 4–5 whistle tak paka lein.
3️⃣ Daliya mixture cook karein
Ek bade patile mein soaked daliya aur dal ko soft hone tak paka lein.
4️⃣ Masala banayein
Pan mein oil/ghee garam karein.
Sliced onion fry karein jab tak golden ho jaye.
Phir ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, red chilli powder, coriander powder daal kar bhunein.
5️⃣ Sab mix karein
Cooked mutton ko shred karke daliya mixture mein daal dein.
Masala bhi daal kar achhi tarah mix karein.
6️⃣ Slow cook
Haleem ko 20–30 min tak slow flame par chalate hue pakaayein taki thick aur creamy ho jaye.
🌿 Garnish
• Fried onion
• Coriander & mint
• Lemon juice
• Thoda ghee
