Republican President Hakainde Hichilema has made changes in Zambia's security wings namely the Zambia Army,the Zambia National Airforce (ZAF) and the Zambia National Service (ZNS).
Among the changes include Zambia police Inspector General Kakoma Kanganja being replaced as with lemmy Kajoba.
Announcing the changes at his residence Sunday, the head of state has also appointed Doris Chibombe as deputy inspector general of police in charge of Administration, replacing Charity Katanga.
President Hichilema has further relieved all police commissioners of their duty.
