Unrestricted Warfare is a book written by two Chinese military strategists in 1999. The book explores how China can defeat a geopolitical superpower like the United States through other means of warfare, such as economic and political warfare. One of the book's authors, Major General Qiao Liang, spoke in 2020 about why China is taking the lead and has a competitive edge over the United States. His observations and understanding of the United States and its democratic process reveal the CCP’s mindset and shows how Chinese understand America.
