Apologies for the lack of uploads recently — I’ve been very busy, but wanted to share this archive clip.
This is a short clip recorded back in 2012, filmed on an old webcam running at 15fps. The performance is an improvised piece called Earth Fall, which Colin Thompson and I played together while working on what became the Frontier track.
Please excuse the webcam quality and low frame rate — at the time I was running multiple VST effects on the PC while also recording stereo audio, which caused quite a bit of hashing and audio artifacts. Because there was no clean reference take, I later added sound effects to help mask some of the static and glitches.
Rough around the edges, but a genuine snapshot of how we were working back then.
