I’m feeling it all, both the darkness and light. In this episode I reflect on these profound experiences and the need for fierce self-compassion amid the uncertainty of life. We don't need to have everything figured out. I certainly don’t. We don’t need the answers.

Live the questions.

Keep digging deep, trust your intuition, and take one step after another. If we do, I have faith that everything will work out as it’s meant to.
