First I washed my hair to get all of the oil and product out. I then rinsed my hair with very warm water. Since the porosity test revealed my hair has medium to low porosity, I let my damp hair sit under a towel to allow the strands to open up more. After about thirty minutes I applied the hot oil treatment and let that sit for five hours. After five hours I cowashed my hair and rinsed it with cool water.

Oils used were coconut oil, oilive oil, and Embrace the Natural You Oil Mix (smells SOOOOO good!)
