As the CC14 bases upgrade and become more difficult with a higher defense rating,
the attack rating will also go up, resulting in more alliance points per alliance battle!
Although there's no CAP to defense rating and attack rating
unfortunately there's a CAP on alliance points per battle,
max 60 points once you hit around 1600+ attack rating.
