Brew Temperature | Digital Probe | Breville Barista Pro

Описание: Today we are going to run some simple test to see if the Breville/Sage Barista Pro can brew at the temperature as stated in the manual.

I have to make a disclaimer here first. This test is a very basic test and I am not a professional who have the equipment to ensure the whole system is lagged and no thermal lost. I am trying my best to record and test the brewing temperature with the equipment that is available to me.

We will run 5 temperature test as the Barista Pro comes with 5 temperature setting. 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.

If you have the temperature probe with you (the one that we use to measure our steak or turkey), do share with me your result down in the comment below!

This test is not accurate to track whether the machine can maintain the brewing temperature as water from the shower screen may not land on the tip of the temperature probe constantly. but we can see the highest possible temperature it can reach as per setting.
