Masks: World Savior, Unwanted Inconvenience or Satanic Violation of Human Rights?

This video was created at the beginning of the recent pandemic – Spring of 2020. At that time, government agencies were claiming that you and I did NOT need masks. According to ‘health officials’, face masks were only for doctors and nurses. They said this because there was a mask shortage, and bureaucrats always take care of their own, even at the expense of the lives of the hoi polloi. (That’s you and me.)

Of course, when the mask shortage passed, doctors and government spokespersons then proclaimed that everyone should wear a mask. They were seemingly oblivious to the fact that they just lied to us a month earlier. Maybe they figured a mask would filter that out.

In response to those lies, a large percentage of the population rejected everything the ‘health officials’ said, which was understandable. ‘Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me,’ as the old saying goes.

However, some of the disenfranchised argued that masks didn’t work, which was patently untrue. The rules of physics – once understood – are rather immutable. Viruses are physical particles that can be filtered out by masks. Nothing to debate there.

A simple cloth mask is of some value, but isn’t great. N95 masks are better, removing 95% of the particulates. N99 masks are the best, as they filter out 99% of the particles in the air. Of course, a N99.99999999 mask would be even better, but would sell for more than the price of my car.

The point here – Masks must work. It’s just physics. A second point – Government officials shouldn’t lie. Though I guess that one is just wishful thinking.
