Ingredients

2 cup Fenugreek Leaves (मेथी)
3 cup Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा)
½ cup Gram Flour (बेसन)
1 & ½ tbsp. Sesame Seeds (तिल)
2 tsp. Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
1 tsp. Kashmiri Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर)
1 tsp. Carom Seeds (अजवाइन)
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
½ tsp. Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
3 tbsp. Oil (तेल)
2 tbsp. Green Chilli & Garlic Paste (हरी मिर्च और लहसुन का पेस्ट)
Salt to taste (नमक)
