INGREDIENTS:
1 package Polska Kielbasa (any brand) sliced thin
2-3 bell peppers, sliced thin (any color)
1 medium onion, sliced thin
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/3 cup Mini Fusion Sauce (any version)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Add cooking oil to a large sauté pan or wok over medium heat
2. Stir in onion and sauté until translucent (~5min)
3. Add bell peppers, sauté 3-4 min
4. Add Kielbasa sausage and Mini Fusion Sauce and stir fry for another 5-7min.
5. Serve over cooked/sticky rice. Enjoy!
